The Cadco BLS-4HTD-2H double half-size convection oven from the Bakerlux™ series is controlled via digital-view touchscreens for time, temperature, and humidity adjustments. The timer can be set to 10 hours or continuous, it features a temperature range of 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and sports six humidity options. They can be programed with 99 maximum presets and have LED lights to illuminate the three shelves in the cavities. Its compatible with half-size sheet pans, which are sold separately.

The Cadco BLS-4HTD-2H double half convection oven sits atop an aluminum cart with four casters; the cart is capable of holding 10 full-size pans. The digital control panel can save 99 presets including, and it also controls the temperature from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, the humidity settings, and can be set to a 10-hour timer or continuous-on function.
