The Cadco BLS-4HLD-2H double half-size convection oven from the Bakerlux™ LED series rests on a heavy-duty aluminum stand designed to hold five half-size sheet pans and roll on four casters. The oven units feature a ventless hood with a two-speed fan, top-opening doors with automatic shutoff when the they’re opened, and 4.2-cubic-foot interiors that can hold four half-size sheet pans each. The touch control panel of the Cadco BLS-4HLD-2H double half-size convection oven can save 99 presets, including 12 quick access settings, that controls the temperature between 175 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Furthermore, the settings include six humidity options and a timer setting, which can be set as high as 10 hours or be set to continuous.
