The Cadco BLS-4HLD-1H single half-size convection oven touchscreen monitor provides 99 input settings, including 12 Quick Action programs. The unit’s time settings provide a standard countdown for as long as 10 hours or continuous-on option. It has a temperature range of 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and features six humidity options. The unit automatically shuts off when the top-open, cool-touch windowed doors are opened.
