Cadco BLS-4FTD-2H Double Full Size Electric Convection Oven - 7.6kW, 208-240v/1ph

The Cadco BLS-4FTD-2H double full-size convection oven unit from the Bakerlux™ series has two touchscreen controls featuring Wi-Fi connection, USB programming capability, and a graphic display. Each unit has nine baking steps, can save 99 programs, six humidity settings, and has a 10-hour timer that can also be set to a continuous mode. The oven can be set from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

The ventless hood of the Cadco BLS-4FTD-2H double full-size convection oven features an automatic fan with two speed settings, while the interior of the unit measures 4 cubic feet and can hold four full-size sheet pans. When opening the pull-down, cool-touch door, the unit automatically shuts off the fan and heat. The cart segment can hold five full-size sheet pans and has four casters.
