From the Bakerlux™ TOUCH series, the Cadco BLS-4FTD-1H full-size single convection oven has improved controls compared to others in its class. The touchscreen features USB programming capability, Wi-Fi connection, and a graphic display. The unit can save 99 programs, features six humidity settings, and operates with a 10-hour timer that can also be set to continuous. For menu versatility, the oven’s heat settings range from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Cadco BLS-4FTD-1H single full-size oven sits atop a heavy-duty aluminum cart that accommodates 10 full-size sheet pans and is mobile because of its four casters. The ventless hood features an automatic fan with two speed settings, while the interior of the unit measures 4 cubic feet and can hold four full-size sheet pans. When opening the pull-down, cool-to-the-touch door, the unit will automatically shut off the heat and fan.
