The Cadco BLS-4FLD-2H double full-size convection oven’s touchscreen monitors provide 99 programable settings, including 12 Quick Action programs. Its time settings are available with a 10-hour countdown or continuous-on function, it boasts a temperature range of 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and it features six humidity options. Each oven cavity automatically shuts off when the doors are opened; these door have convenient top-mounted handles and double-paned windows to stay cool during operation.

Set atop an aluminum cart with casters, the Cadco BLS-4FLD-2H double full-size convection oven is made of heavy-duty stainless steel and features a ventless hood that houses an automatically reversible, two-speed fan. The cart can hold five full size sheet pans, and because it’s mounted on casters, it’s mobile around the kitchen as needed.
