The Cadco BLS-3HTD-2H double half-size convection oven is controlled via touchscreens for time, temperature, and humidity—10 hours or continuous timers, 175 to 500-degree-Fahrenheit range, and six humidity options. The unit can be programed with 99 maximum presets including 12 Quick Access settings, enabling chefs to set preset menu settings for cooks to work with during busy periods. An LED light illuminates the cavities, and each interior has three shelves designed to accommodate half-size pans.

The Cadco BLS-3HTD-2H half-size convection oven’s exterior features a ventless hood that includes a two-speed automatic fan and two top-open doors with double-wall cool-touch windows. If a door is opened, the unit automatically shuts off to protect the fan motor and kitchen staff. The units sit atop a five-shelved aluminum cart on four casters so operators can move the unit as needed while keeping pans close at hand.
