Cadco BLS-3HTD-1H Single Half Size Electric Convection Oven - 3.3kW, 208-240v/1ph

The Cadco BLS-3HTD-1H convection oven from the Bakerlux™ TOUCH series has improved controls compared to others in its class. The touchscreen features Wi-Fi connection, USB programming capability, and a graphic display, and the unit enables nine baking steps, six humidity settings, and a 10-hour timer that can be set to continuous if preferred. Operators also have the option to set 99 programmable functions, so cooks can quickly adjust cook settings with a single selection. For versatility with a variety of menu items, the oven can be set from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Internally, the Cadco BLS-3HTD-1H single convection oven spans 1.6 cubic feet and can hold three half-size sheet pans. The ventless hood has one automatically reversible fan with two speeds and automatic shutoff when the door is opened. The door opens from the top and hold a double-wall cool-to-the-touch window. The included aluminum stand can hold 10 half-size sheet trays and sits on four casters for mobility around the kitchen as needed.
