Cadco BLS-3HLD-2H Double Half Size Electric Convection Oven - 3.3kW, 208-240v/1ph

Part of the Bakerlux™ LED series, the Cadco BLS-3HLD-2H convection oven rests on a heavy-duty mobile aluminum stand designed to hold five half-size sheet pans. The oven features a ventless hood for placement anywhere; this piece includes an automatically reversible fan and two speed settings, top-opening doors with double-wall cool-touch windows, automatic shutoff when the door is open, and 1.6 cubic foot interiors that can hold three half-size sheet pans each.

The Cadco BLS-3HLD-2H half-size convection oven is controlled via touchscreens for time, temperature, and humidity modifications. With these functions, the operator can set the time on a continuous countdown for as long as 10 hours, adjust the temperature between 175 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and select one of six humidity options available. They can be programed with 99 maximum presets including 12 Quick Access settings. LED lights illuminate the interiors so chefs can check on food as it cooks.
