The Carter-Hoffmann ST188 heated delivery cart fits into any environment where large amounts of food must be served, such as a hospital or long-term care facility. Its heated cabinet accommodates (12) 12-inch by 20-inch pans of food or six 18-inch by 26-inch trays of product. To transport it to rooms or tables, it's mounted on 6-inch casters that swivel so users can maneuver it.

To ensure heat doesn't escape the cabinet of the Carter-Hoffmann ST188 meal delivery cart, it's insulated with 1-inch-thick fiberglass. A top-mounted heating element maintains temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, adjustable with a full-range thermostat.
