Carter-Hoffmann ST1820 Description
Providing temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the Carter-Hoffmann ST1820 meal delivery cart is heated by top-mounted, Inconel-sheathed elements. The temperature is adjustable using a full-range thermostat. To reduce energy costs and ensure no heat is lost to the environment, the cabinet has 1-inch-thick fiberglass insulation.
The Carter-Hoffmann ST1820 heated meal delivery cart is great for use in a long-term care facility, medical establishment, or banquet hall. It holds (12) 18-inch by 26-inch trays or (24) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. Its pan slides can be adjusted to accommodate large and small dishes, and they're removable if cleaning is needed. This unit can be maneuvered on 6-inch casters, and it's made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.
