The Carter-Hoffmann ST1811 meal delivery cart holds (13) 18-inch by 26-inch trays or (26) 12-inch by 20-inch pans, transporting plenty of food for service in a medical institution or long-term care facility. Ensuring food stays at optimal temperatures, the cabinet is insulated with fiberglass, and the full-range thermostat enables temperature adjustment as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is made of durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

To maneuver the Carter-Hoffmann ST1811 heated meal delivery cart from place to place, it's positioned on 6-inch casters, which swivel to guide it around sharp turns. A vinyl bumper around the bottom protects the unit from damage and doesn't impart markings if it accidently slams into something. To heat the cart, it has Inconel-sheathed heating elements mounted at the bottom.
