Carter-Hoffmann SR188 Description
The Carter-Hoffmann SR188 heated meal delivery cart can heat its contents with convection or EnduraHeat™, a system that blows uniform warmth throughout the cabinet. Using the recessed control panel, users can choose between these two types of heat and turn off the unit. It reaches a maximum temperature of 200 degrees to ensure product is heated optimally before served to guests in a hotel, medical facility, or banquet hall.
With adjustable slides, the Carter-Hoffmann SR188 meal delivery cart can hold six 18-inch by 26-inch trays or (12) 12-inch by 20-inch food pans. The cabinet is insulated with 2 inches of fiberglass to ensure no heat escapes. Because the cart is mounted on 6-inch casters, it can be maneuvered from place to place, and a vinyl bumper around the bottom protects the unit and surrounding equipment from collision damage.
