To maximize holding space for high-traffic restaurants and catering services, the Carter-Hoffmann PH1860 heated cabinet has two sections with adjustable universal tray slides that can support (52) 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans or (26) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. The slides also can support 20-inch by 20-inch glass racks and gastronorm pans, and they can be adjusted in 1.75-inch increments. Each section has a correlating double-panel door that opens individually so operators can access specific pans. This durable, ³⁄₄-height stainless steel cabinet is mounted on 6-inch casters that are secured in an offset, wheel-ahead pattern that prevents two casters from rolling over the same uneven surface simultaneously, which could tip the cart. Users can maneuver this 55.88-inch-wide by 36-inch-deep by 59.25-inch-high cabinet by pushing the vertical aluminum side handles. A wraparound vinyl bumper absorbs shock and prevents scuffing if the cart collides with a wall.

The Carter-Hoffmann PH1860 heated transport cart features a convection heating system that can reach temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit to keep prepared foods warm before they're served. Operators can program cabinet temperatures to accommodate specific holding requirements, and a remote sensing bulb monitors the cabinet's temperature for accuracy. The heater's blower circulates heat evenly for uniform results, and the doors' 1.50-inch-thick, high-density fiberglass insulation helps maintain temperatures in various ambient environments. When necessary, the bottom-mounted heater can be removed in the field for maintenance and cleaning.
