Carter-Hoffmann PH1835 Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (12) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Carter-Hoffmann PH1835 mobile heated holding cabinet uses a convection heating system to keep prepared dishes warm before serving. Users can adjust interior cabinet temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate various holding requirements, and the dial thermometer includes a remote sensing bulb that tracks cabinet temperatures accurately. By using convection heat and a forced-air blower, the system recovers lost heat quickly, preheats to 160 degrees Fahrenheit in 25 minutes, and circulates heat evenly. This top-mounted system can be removed in the field for cleaning and maintenance as needed. To preserve programmed temperatures when the cabinet is stored in cold environments or when pans are being loaded and retrieved, the door is filled with 1-inch-thick, high-density fiberglass insulation.

With its adjustable universal tray slides, the Carter-Hoffmann PH1835 mobile heated cabinet accommodates sheet pans, steam table pans, gastronorm pans, and glass racks to provide more versatility than other Carter-Hoffmann cabinets. This full-height unit measures 31.50 inches wide by 38 inches deep by 75.25 inches high, with a 57.50-inch inside working height. So operators can transport the unit with control, two aluminum vertical push handles are integrated on the unit's sides, and its four 5-inch swivel casters are positioned in a wheel-ahead, offset pattern to prevent the unit from tipping when it's moved over irregular surfaces. Its fully welded stainless steel exterior resists corrosion, rust, and damage from impacts, while its vinyl wraparound bumper helps absorb shock to walls and furniture during collisions.
