Carter-Hoffmann PH1830 Description
The Carter-Hoffmann PH1830 mobile heated cabinet can hold 16 full-size pans and keep food at safe serving temperatures. In about 25 minutes, the bottom-mounted heating system preheats and can provide temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat stays inside with fiberglass insulation wrapped around the cabinet, and when ready for transport, users can secure the door with the latch and wheel the cabinet around by the side handles. To help with maneuvering, the wheels are offset, and for protection, a vinyl bumper protrudes from the bottom, cushioning any impacts. After reaching the destination, the casters can be locked to keep the unit in place. The door swings open wide to 180 degrees for unloading pans. Constructed of stainless steel, this Carter-Hoffmann PH1830 heated transport cart is durable and effortless to clean. All of its raw edges have been turned inward, protecting users from cuts and scrapes.
