Carter-Hoffmann PH1820 3/4 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (12) Pan Capacity, 120v

Built for correctional facilities, the Carter-Hoffmann PH1820 mobile heated cabinet's stainless steel construction withstands impacts from heavy-duty use while resisting rust and corrosion over time. Prison-grade, welded-on transport latches and tamper-resistant fasteners prevent unauthorized users from accessing the cabinet's interior, while the cabinet's recessed temperature controls are covered with a security guard to deter tampering. This ³⁄₄-height unit, which measures 31.50 inches wide by 38 inches deep by 62.75 inches high, is fitted with bolted-on 6-inch swivel polyurethane casters so users can transport it with ease. Two casters include brakes to secure the cabinet in place, and all the casters are positioned in an offset, wheel-ahead pattern that prevents the unit from overturning on irregular surfaces. Heavy-duty stainless steel push handles are welded to the sides so operators can steer the cabinet, and a nonmarking vinyl bumper absorbs shock and helps reduce damage to walls and furniture during a collision.

The Carter-Hoffmann PH1820 heated correctional transport cart's removable tray racks are spaced 3.50 inches apart and are secured on 1.75-inch centers, though the slides can be adjusted as needed. For versatility, the racks accommodate (24) 12-inch by 20-inch steam tables pans or (12) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. Operators can adjust temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit using the full-range thermostat knob. The top-mounted heating system releases even heat throughout the cabinet to eliminate cold spots, and high-density, 1-inch-thick fiberglass insulation built into the sides and door preserves set temperatures. When the system needs to be cleaned or serviced, it can be removed in the field, saving time and money from costly maintenance calls.
