This ³⁄₄-height unit measures 30.63 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 59.25 inches high and is fitted with 5-inch swivel polyurethane casters for smooth mobility. The casters are positioned in an offset, wheel-ahead pattern that prevents two casters from rolling over an uneven surface at the same time, and two casters have brakes to secure the cabinet in place. Operators can steer the unit with the two heavy-duty aluminum push handles mounted on the sides, and a wraparound vinyl bumper on the unit's base minimizes damage and helps prevent scuffing if the cart collides with walls or furniture. Constructed of welded, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this mobile unit withstands impacts and heavy use.

Because this Carter-Hoffmann PH1810 mobile heated cart has a convection heating system, it can preheat to 160 degrees Fahrenheit in 25 minutes and recover temperature fluctuations in minutes. This system uses a blower to disperse heat evenly, ensuring prepared foods are warm for serving. Operators can set the cabinet to reach temperatures high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit using the dial thermostat, and the door's 1.50-inch-thick, high-density fiberglass insulation maintains programmed temperatures when the unit is stored in a cool, ambient environment. To prevent heat from escaping, the door also includes a vinyl gasket and a high-temperature magnetic door gasket. When the heater needs to be cleaned or serviced, it can be lifted from its bottom-mounted position.
