Carter-Hoffmann PH129 Description
Built for longevity in commercial environments, the Carter-Hoffmann PH129 mobile heated cabinet's stainless steel construction is fully welded and resists rust and corrosion. This half-height cart measures 17.88 inches wide by 25.13 inches deep by 40.50 inches high and is furnished with 4-inch swivel rubber casters that enable operators to round corners and reverse the cabinet. Two of the casters are fitted with brakes to secure the unit in place while pans are retrieved and loaded. So it can pass through tight hallways and doorways, its door has a recessed design.
Designed to heat up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the Carter-Hoffmann PH129 heated transport cart holds food at warm, appetizing temperatures until they're served. Its top-mounted convection heating system uses a blower to force air throughout the cabinet's interior uniformly. Users can adjust temperatures manually, and the remote sensing bulb provides an accurate temperature readout so operators can monitor cabinet temperatures throughout heating. To prevent unexpected temperature fluctuations when its door is opened or when it's stored in cold, ambient settings, the right-hinged door is insulated with 1-inch-thick, high-density fiberglass. In total, its removable tray racks and fixed tray slides secured on 2.75-inch centers accommodate (9) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2.50-inch steam table pans, suiting low- or medium-traffic restaurants and catering services.
