Carter-Hoffmann PH128 Description
Because the Carter-Hoffmann PH128 mobile heated cabinet's tray racks and fixed tray slides accommodate (8) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2.50-inch steam table pans, it's compatible with low-volume catering services. Its top-mounted convection heating system preheats and recovers quickly, and its blower pushes heat throughout the cabinet evenly, ensuring prepared foods are hot for serving. By using the dial controls, temperatures can be adjusted as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the dial thermometer's remote sensing bulb tracks interior cabinet temperatures for accuracy. Its right-hinged, double-panel door is insulated with 1-inch-thick, high-density fiberglass to reduce the risk of temperature changes as the door is opened during pan loading and retrieval.
As a half-height unit, the Carter-Hoffmann PH128 heated transport cart has a 23.63-inch inside working height and measures 17.88 inches wide by 25.13 inches deep by 37.75 inches high overall to simplify maneuvering. Its recessed door provides a streamlined look that doesn't interfere with transport when operators move the cart throughout tight doorways. For smooth mobility, the cabinet is fitted with 4-inch swivel casters, which can round corners and reverse. This unit's fully welded stainless steel construction resists impacts, rust, and corrosion to preserve its original look.
