Carter-Hoffmann PH1250 3/4 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (50) Pan Capacity, 120v

For high-volume operations, the Carter-Hoffmann PH1250 heated transport cart includes three sections, and its removable tray racks and channel slides, which are situated on 2.75-inch centers, accommodate (50) 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans. Each section has a corresponding double-panel door, and the right and left doors swing out 270 degrees so operators can load and retrieve pans comfortably. This ³⁄₄-height unit measures 65.25 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 58 inches high and has a 46-inch interior working height. To resist corrosion and preserve its original look, its welded unibody is constructed of durable stainless steel. Because it's fitted with 5-inch polyurethane casters, operators can move prepared foods to various areas with ease. The casters are positioned in an offset, wheel-ahead design; this configuration prevents two casters from rolling over an uneven surface simultaneously, which could cause the unit to topple. To reduce impact if the cart collides with furniture and walls, a wraparound vinyl bumper is built onto its base.

The Carter-Hoffmann PH1250 mobile heated cabinet's bottom-mounted heating system can be extracted without tools for maintenance and cleaning. By using convection heat, this technology can preheat to 160 degrees Fahrenheit in 25 minutes and recover unexpected temperature changes quickly. Forced air heats the cabinet evenly to eliminate cold spots. Operators can manage the cabinet's interior temperatures with the remote sensing bulb and use the dial control to adjust temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. As the cart is transported to various environments, its 1-inch-thick, high-density insulation preserves set temperatures, ensuring food is warm for serving. For additional heat retention, the doors are fitted with magnetic and vinyl gaskets to create a tight seal.
