Carter-Hoffmann PH125 Description
Ideal for cramped kitchens, the Carter-Hoffmann PH125 mobile heated cabinet is an undercounter unit, measuring 17.88 inches wide by 25.13 inches deep by 28.50 inches high. Inside its 20.50-inch-tall interior, removable tray racks with fixed tray slides are positioned on 2.75-inch centers and accommodate (5) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2.50-inch steam table pans. Its recessed, right-hinged door grants full access inside the cabinet to streamline pan loading and retrieval. Constructed of all-welded stainless steel, this unit resists rust, corrosion, and impact from daily use. It's fitted with 3-inch-diameter rubber casters that enable smooth turning and reversal, and two rigid casters stabilize the unit during use.
By circulating heat throughout its interior, the Carter-Hoffmann PH125 mobile heated cabinet reduces cold spots that could impact food quality. Its top-mounted convection heater can produce 200-degree-Fahrenheit temperatures and preheat to 160 degrees Fahrenheit in 25 minutes. Temperatures can be manipulated with the dial thermometer, while the remote sensing bulb monitors the cabinet's interior temperatures. To preserve programmed temperatures, the door is insulated with 1-inch-thick, high-density fiberglass.
