The Carter-Hoffmann PH1225 heated cabinet uses convection heating to warm the cabinet's interior and recover temperature changes quickly. Its bottom-mounted system circulates heat evenly throughout the interior to eliminate cool spots that could affect food quality, and it can be removed without tools for maintenance and cleaning as needed. To accommodate a wide product range, operators can manipulate temperatures to a maximum of 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while its remote sensing bulb monitors interior temperatures for accuracy. High-density, 1-inch-thick cabinet insulation prevents unexpected temperature changes when the unit is stored in cool, ambient environments or when its doors are opened for short periods of time. Both doors have high-temperature magnetic door gaskets to ensure they're closed, preventing heat from escaping. Inside the cabinet, removable tray racks with channel slides secured on 2.75-inch centers accommodate (33) 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans.

This Carter-Hoffmann PH1225 heated cabinet is a ³⁄₄-height unit, measuring 46.75 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 58 inches high with a 46-inch inside working height. Its fully welded stainless steel construction endures daily commercial use, resists rust and corrosion, and is simple to wipe clean. Its two double-panel doors swing out 270 degrees so users can load and insert pans without interference. To move bulk amounts of prepared foods to various venues, this cabinet is mounted on 5-inch polyurethane casters positioned in an offset, wheel-ahead pattern, which prevents two casters from rolling over uneven surfaces simultaneously, causing the unit to tip. A nonmarking, gray vinyl bumper wraps around the base's perimeter, protecting the cabinet, furniture, and walls from scuffs or scrapes as the unit is transported. For improved control over turning and reversing, two vertical push handles are bolted to its sides.
