Built for catering businesses, this Carter-Hoffmann PH1200 heated cabinet's forced-air heating system circulates hot air evenly throughout the cabinet, eliminating cold spots that could affect food quality. This bottom-mounted, lift-out convection heating system includes dial controls that let operators adjust temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit; a remote sensing bulb monitors temperatures accurately. To preserve reached temperatures, the interior is lined with high-density, 1-inch-thick insulation. Its door features a high-temperature magnetic door gasket that secures it in place when closed, preventing hot air from escaping. Inside the cabinet, removable tray racks with channel slides can accommodate (16) 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans on 2.75-inch centers.

The Carter-Hoffmann PH1200 reach-in heated cabinet's rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction is fully welded to withstand high-volume use. By opening its single door, which opens 270 degrees, operators can retrieve and load steam pans without interference. This 24-inch-wide by 28-inch-deep by 58-inch-high system is mounted on 5-inch polyurethane swivel casters with an offset, wheel-ahead pattern; this prevents two wheels from passing over an uneven surface simultaneously, which can cause units to topple. Two casters are fitted with brakes for stabilization throughout use. A vinyl bumper wraps around the base's perimeter to protect walls, furniture, and equipment from impacts as it's transported.
