The Carter-Hoffmann MC423GS-2T countertop heated holding cabinet comes with electronic controls that include an audible and visual alarm, a countdown timer, and temperature control. The maximum time is 9 hours and 59 minutes, and the maximum temperature is 195 degrees Fahrenheit. Removable aluminum pan lids form a seal to protect product from moisture. Each cavity has a recessed aluminum plate attached to the polymer lower surface for heat, and because this unit is insulated, it keeps heat inside. The Carter-Hoffmann MC423GS-2T countertop drawer warmer is made of stainless steel to withstand high-volume use.
