Carter-Hoffmann MC243GS-2T Description
The Carter-Hoffmann MC243GS-2T countertop heated holding cabinet is strong since it is made of stainless steel and keeps heat inside with insulation. It can hold eight 123⁄4-inch by 65⁄8-inch by 21⁄2-inch pans. In each cavity, a recessed aluminum plate on the lower surface retains heat. Product that is sensitive to moisture is safe since the aluminum pan lids create a tight seal. The Carter-Hoffmann MC243GS-2T countertop drawer warmer will not move around due to its four rubber feet. Each section has its own countdown timer, temperature control, and alarm on the electronic controls.
