Accommodating a full-size pan on each shelf, the Carter-Hoffmann MC212GS-2T countertop holding cabinet has two shelves that are heated from below with an anodized aluminum plate, spreading the heat evenly. Using electronic controls, the temperature is adjustable in 1-degree increments, as high as 195 degrees Fahrenheit. For increased freshness, each shelf includes an aluminum pan cover that forms a tight seal over held pans, and all of the covers are removable for cleaning or storing open products. Because each shelf has a timer for tracking the cook cycle, users can monitor how long food has been stored. This Carter-Hoffman MC212GS-2T drawer warmer's body is insulated with millboard for energy efficiency, and its stainless steel body supports commercial use.
