Carter-Hoffmann E8631H Description
The Carter-Hoffmann E8631H meal delivery cart can hold (26) 18-inch-by-26-inch trays and is made of aluminum with hemmed-in edges that increase durability. Its heliarc-welded supports, uprights, and base frame reinforce the unit, and the door keeps its shape with stainless steel hinges that enable it to open to 270 degrees. Food is kept at 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while the unit preheats to 160 degrees Fahrenheit in 20 minutes. Its heater can be removed without tools, and 5-inch, polyurethane-tread casters simplify transporting the Carter-Hoffmann E8631H meal delivery cart.
