Carter-Hoffmann E8623H Description
The Carter-Hoffmann E8623H meal delivery cart can accommodate as many as (18) 18-inch-by-26-inch trays. Made of aluminum, the cart has heliarc-welded uprights, supports, and base frame that reinforce its structure, while the door can open to 270 degrees and has a stainless steel latch for positive closing. Its heating system has a maximum temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit and preheats to 160 degrees Fahrenheit in 20 minutes. To resist overheating, It is impedance protected, and the heater can be removed without tools. Swivel castes measuring 5 inches diameter enable the Carter-Hoffmann E8623H meal delivery cart to be moved.
