Carter-Hoffmann BB40 Description
The Carter-Hoffmann BB40 Classic Carter™ banquet cabinet can transport plated food from the back of the house to banquet halls and other serving areas. On two shelves, the cabinet can accommodate (48) 10.5-inch plates. This unit has 6-inch casters, and because they have a wheel-ahead design, they are offset to roll over different kinds of surfaces. Fitted with a vinyl bumper, this cart is protected from scratches and dents, and for comfort, it has convenient push handles. A sliding latch on the door keeps it closed while the cabinet is being transported.
Heat is kept inside this Carter-Hoffmann BB40 banquet cart by fiberglass insulation and a high-temperature silicone door gasket. The unit's stainless steel construction provides durability, while the welded components resist bending and streamline cleaning. Because the seams on the cabinet are turned in, there aren't any sharp edges that could make cleaning difficult.
