Carter-Hoffmann BB120 Description
Great for banquet halls and other food transport applications, the Carter-Hoffmann BB120 Classic Carter™ banquet cart holds (144) 10.5-inch-diameter plates. The cabinet comes with three wire shelves, and they have a 16-inch shelf clearance. Moving the cart is convenient on heavy-duty, 6-inch casters—two of the casters are rigid and two have swivel motion. Because the casters are in an offset pattern, they move over uneven surfaces one at a time to provide more control.
Strong for commercial settings, the Carter-Hoffmann BB120 heated banquet cart's stainless steel construction resists corrosion and streamlines cleaning. The unit's wraparound fiberglass insulation retains heat and helps maintain interior temperatures, while the cabinet's seams are turned in, eliminating raw edges for safety.

"This unit does not have an on off switch for the fan and it is not explained as such on the website and I tried to return the unit because of this fact and they proceeded to tell me that there would be a 30% restocking fee and a $200 repacking fee even tho their delevery guy unpacked the units and took the packing with him"
