TERRIBLE
"These looked fabulous for the first 2-3 days. After about a week I noticed some serious scratches. The white paint/coating comes off with just scratching with your fingernail. Within 2 weeks these looked like they went through WAR. It was absolutely embarrassing having customers use these. The handles broke on both dispensers, scratched up horribly.. just an absolute waste."

"We have been using 2 of these in our café for about 3 weeks. The handle broke, the coffee splashes stain the white coating and when I went to move a sticker on the pot the white coating just scratched off with light pressure from my nail. Not sure if mine were defective or they're all like that... super disappointed!!!"
