The Rotisol USA SC8.720 Star-Clean batch rotisserie oven measures 43 inches wide by 331⁄2 inches deep by 351⁄2 inches high to accommodate countertop installation in gas stations, convenience stores, and grocery stores. Its eight stainless steel chicken baskets hold as many as 40 chickens or 28 spatchcock chickens. An automatic preheat at startup helps reduce cooking time, and a turbine diffuses heat uniformly throughout the chamber to eliminate cold spots. For versatility, it's equipped with six cooking programs and displays a legible digital readout.
The Rotisol USA SC8.720 rotisserie oven's double-glazed, low-emissivity glass retains cabinet heat while granting customers a clear view. The unit has a corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction to preserve its original look throughout use, and its black front doorframe matches common decor. To ensure this unit stays clean for future applications, its assisted cleaning system uses grease-softening steam injection, softened water, and a high-pressure shower to remove stains.
