The Rotisol MF975-4G-SS commercial rotisserie combines practicality and elegance in one unit. It measures 38 inches wide by 29¹/₂ inches deep by 84¹/₂inches high and flaunts a stainless steel finish for enhanced durability; this unit features transparent K-glass doors to showcase its visible flames that emphasize the ceramic wicks and terracotta firebricks. Because this glass is tempered and energy saving, it reduces collision damage and minimizes thermal heat radiation. To maintain cleanliness after high-intensity use, it has a drip pan with a drain.

To hold 8 to 12 chickens without damaging its structure, each rotisserie is placed on four anti-cut V-shaped spits. Four individual motors rotate the spits over stainless steel burners to evenly and thoroughly cook each chicken. For flexible use, it has a pre-installed vertical spit system for vertical cooking. To preserve heat and maintain optimal temperatures after products have been prepared, this unit has an integrated heated base cabinet with drawers.
