Rotisol USA MF975-2G-SS Description
Designed to be used as a showpiece for restaurants, this Rotisol MF975-2G-SS MasterFlame rotisserie oven features a rustic style, complete with a stainless steel finish, chrome or brass trim, a decorative roof, and visible chains, pulleys, and flames. These chains and pulleys drive the unit's two spits while the flames rise through the porcelain wicks. Because the front and sides are encased in tempered, low-emissivity glass, customers get a clear view of product. Overall, it measures 38 inches wide by 291⁄2 inches deep for countertop installation.
The Rotisol MF975-2G-SS rotisserie oven's two spits accommodate as many as six chickens, and they're V-shaped to secure the meat in place. Each spit has a correlating motor, which rotates product over the burners for even results. A pre-installed vertical spit system enables operators to cook product vertically. Terracotta firebricks absorb and radiate heat throughout the cabinet to eliminate cold spots, and as cooking requirements change, operators can adjust the front-mounted gas knobs.
