Powered by natural gas, the Rotisol USA MF975-2G-LUX gas 2 spit commercial rotisserie oven features patented burners with visible flames that rise through porcelain wicks, creating a dynamic visual display through tempered K-glass front and side doors. This countertop unit includes two stainless steel V-shaped spits with a pre-installed vertical spit system, supporting a 6-8 chicken capacity. The LUX black porcelain enamel finish, accented with chrome or brass trim and a decorative roof, adds a polished look for front-of-house use.
The Rotisol USA MF975-2G-LUX gas 2 spit commercial rotisserie oven is designed with independent motors for each spit, rotating at 21⁄2 times per minute for even, self-basting cooking. Cast iron burners with ceramic wicks provide a vibrant flame display, while decorative terracotta firebricks retain and radiate heat.
