Rotisol USA MF1375-6G-LUX Description
Designed for high-volume cooking, the Rotisol USA MF1375-6G-LUX commercial rotisserie oven features a 36-bird capacity supported by six stainless steel V-shaped spits. This unit measures 533/4 inches wide by 291/2 inches deep by 781/2 inches high, and is designed as a floor model. It includes individual motors for each spit, rotating at 21/2 times per minute for even, self-basting cooking. The oven’s LUX black porcelain enamel finish, accented with chrome or brass trim, and decorative roof, complements front-of-house settings.
The Rotisol USA MF1375-6G-LUX rotisserie oven is equipped with patented burners, producing visible flames that rise through porcelain wicks and are displayed through tempered K-glass front and side doors. It features a preinstalled vertical spit system with six prongless spits, decorative terracotta firebricks for heat retention, and rustic pulleys and drive chains for added appeal. A drip pan with a drain plug, grease recovery system, and a middle drip pan to prevent cross contamination simplify cleanup. This unit is mounted on casters with brakes to provide maneuverability and stability as needed.
