Rotisol USA GF975-5G-SS Description
To hold 10 to 15 rotisserie chickens, the Rotisol GF975-5G-SS 5-spit commercial rotisserie includes five V-shaped spits, which are prongless and constructed of stainless steel; their anti-cut design maintains the structure of poultries. This unit's five individual motors rotate the spits over stainless steel burners to execute consistent cooking and heating. Because the electric and gas chambers are separate, it minimizes the possibility of explosions.
To reduce grease accumulation, the Rotisol GF975-5G-SS commercial rotisserie features a drip pan with a plug and internal side panels. Its K-glass doors extend over the pan to contain splatters, and these doors are tempered to reduce the look of wear over time; furthermore, they conserve energy with reduced external thermal radiation. To elevate grocery and convenience store settings, it has a stainless steel finish and metal knobs.
