Rotisol USA GF975-5G-SS Description
Ideal for high-traffic grocery or convenience stores, the Rotisol GF975-5G-SS gas commercial rotisserie unit holds 10 to 15 poultries. The birds are divided between five spits, which are prongless and anti-cutting to maintain the meat's structure. For efficient cooking, each spit has an individual motor that rotates product over a stainless steel burner. To minimize the risk of explosion, the gas and electrical chambers are separated for employee safety.
Designed for countertop placement, the Rotisol GF975-5G-SS 5-spit commercial rotisserie measures 403/8 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 781/4 inches high. It has a stainless steel finish that offers corrosion resistance and durability, and its switches are made of metal. This unit includes two K-glass doors that reduce external thermal radiation, and because they're tempered, they minimize the damage of impacts. To protect internal components, this unit has removable inside panels and a drip pan with a drain, which catches excess grease.
