Designed to merchandise and cook product simultaneously, the Rotisol USA GF1375-8G-SS GrandFlame rotisserie oven measures 561⁄8 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 721⁄2 inches high. Its stainless steel burners produce visible flames to attract customers' attention and heat product uniformly. To prevent heat from escaping, tempered low-e glass doors reduce external thermal radiation. Overall, it emits 123,000 BTU per hour.
To accommodate 40 to 48 birds, eight stainless steel spits line the Rotisol USA GF1375-8G-SS rotisserie oven's interior. Their V-shaped structures can hold whole or split chickens, beef roasts, lamb, and fish in place throughout roasting. Each spit has a corresponding motor to rotate meat for desired results.
