Constructed of stainless steel, the Rotisol USA GF1375-8G-SS rotisserie oven is durable and resistant to rusting and corroding. Its doors are made of tempered glass to retain heat and offer a view of food while it cooks. To increase impulse purchases, the cabinet is illuminated with halogen lights to catch customers' attention. A drip tray with a built-in drain is mounted to the bottom of the cabinet to capture grease and crumbs, facilitating cleaning.
The Rotisol USA GF1375-8G-SS commercial rotisserie oven measures 56.13 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 72.50 inches high. Its stainless steel spits are V shaped to properly stab and secure 40 to 48 chickens at once. This unit includes eight spits, which are each operated with an individual motor to suit versatile cooking needs. It's powered by LP gas and runs using 123,000 BTU.
