Designed with tempered K-glass doors, the Rotisol USA FBS1400-6G-SS FlamBoyant™ Spatchcock rotisserie oven helps retain heat and reduce external thermal radiation. This natural gas floor model accommodates 24 to 30 spatchcock chickens or 30 to 36 whole chickens on V-shaped spits, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens. It comes with six spatchcock basket spits and features patented burners for consistent infrared heat output. The interior is illuminated with a halogen lamp and comes with an independent motor for each spit to ensure precise rotation for uniform cooking.
The Rotisol USA FBS1400-6G-SS rotisserie oven is equipped with replaceable ceramic bricks that improve heat retention and contribute to long-term energy savings. A bottom drip tray with built-in drainage supports grease collection, while anti-scald K-glass overlaps the drip pan to prevent splatters.
