Salvajor 500-PSM Description
The Salvajor 500-PSM 4603 Pot/Pan ScrapMaster's recirculating water system consumes just 7 gallons of fresh water per minute while generating a heavy 30-GPM preflushing plume. Its powerful water plume keeps both hands free for scrapping, reduces splashing, and enables tough dishes, trays, and cookware with baked-on food to soak in the basin during operation.
The Salvajor 500-PSM 4603 Pot/Pan ScrapMaster is operated through a NEMA 4 HydroLogic® Control Panel, which provides patented operator sensing, water- and energy-saving modes, a safety line disconnect, and an LCD readout for monitoring. Stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability, while the wide top opening accommodates pots, pans, school trays, and even 26-inch sheet pans. The salvage basin and silverware trap promote sanitation, while the disposer delivers the grinding performance required for heavy-duty use.
