The Frosty Factory 289R 1/1 margarita machine has a 24-qt. hopper and produces as many as (390) 10-ounce drinks in an hour. Its dispenser can accommodate 14-inch-tall glasses, and product that runs over the edge or drips down the side goes into a drip tray at the bottom. This helps eliminate puddles on the counter, however, if product does reach the counter, employees can wipe it off without moving the unit. Instead, they can reach into the space provided by 4-inch-tall legs.
This Frosty Factory 289R 1/1 frozen beverage machine attracts customers with a light-up sign area, where staff can put flavor information. Two mechanical switches are user friendly, and the unit has a low-mix indicator that shows when a drink refill is necessary. For convenience, the switches have icons for the various settings, one of which is standby mode, enabling drinks to be kept at 40 degrees Fahrenheit overnight for reduced product waste. Because this unit has a remote condenser, it does not add to the noise level in the restaurant. Additionally, the condenser can accommodate two dispensers, so users can add another flavor in the future.
