When ambient air is 90 degrees Fahrenheit and incoming water is 70 degrees Fahrenheit, the ICETRO IM-0350-AH Maestro modular ice maker head can produce 292 pounds of half-cube ice in 24 hours. This type of ice measures 1¹⁄₈ inches by ³⁄₈ of an inch by ⁷⁄₈ of an inch—great for establishments selling bagged iced, blended frozen drinks, smoothies, or soft drinks. The ice compactly nests in the glass, displacing more of the liquid than full-cube ice, which can help operators save on beverage costs. This unit operates with R-404A refrigerant. Because it's self-contained and includes cleanable magnetic air filters, it eases installation and extends product life. Staff can monitor unit operation with the diagnostic panel, and to minimize hands-on tasks, a cleaning switch can initiate an automatic cleaning cycle. For enhanced airflow during operation, its sides and top are built with vents.

The ICETRO IM-0350-AH commercial ice maker measures 30 inches wide by 24⁴⁄₅ inches deep by 22³⁄₅ inches tall to fit on an ICETRO ice storage bin (not included). While its durable 304 stainless steel exterior resists rust, its ABS plastic interior is treated with an antimicrobial agent that reduces slime. Operators can remove the water distributor tube and water sump as well as the water curtain, pins, and hangers to simplify maintenance and cleaning. To access key interior components, the front door panel is hinged.
