The stainless steel exterior provides wear resistance, while the aluminized steel interior enhances heat efficiency. The independently controlled U-shaped heating elements, positioned every 9¹/₂ inches on both the top and bottom, distribute heat evenly.

Constructed of a heavy-duty, fully welded angle iron frame, the Bakers Pride EP-3-8-5736 oven is designed for durability and can be stacked up to three units high to maximize production without requiring additional space. The temperature range of 212 to 800 degrees Fahrenheit enables a variety of baking applications, and the fully insulated construction helps maintain stable interior temperatures while keeping the exterior cooler.
