Bakers Pride EP-2-8-5736 Description
For lasting durability in high-volume environments, the Bakers Pride EP-2-8-5736 commercial deck oven features an aluminized steel interior and stainless steel exterior; both metals are corrosion resistant and simple to wipe clean. To bake pizzas, roasts, and loaves of bread effectively and consistently, it is designed with independently controlled top and bottom heating elements. This unit's two 7-inch Cordierite hearth decks have a temperature range of 300 to 800 degrees Fahrenheit to create crispy crusts.
As part of the EP Superdeck collection, the Bakers Pride EP-2-8-5736 pizza oven is mounted on 30-inch legs and measures 74 inches wide by 43 inches deep by 66 inches high. It includes a built-in 60-minute timer and a heavy-duty angle-iron frame for strength and structural stability. To preserve heat and improve efficiency, this unit is fully insulated, and its doors are spring balanced for repeated opening and closing.
