The Adande VCS1CASSETTE freezer/refrigeration drawer compartment is designed to be installed into a worktop or below a range, as it enables quick access to common ingredients such as meat and condiments. The front is fitted with a digital controller that operators use to set the desired operating temperature between -7.6 and 59 degrees Fahrenheit. The drawer can hold 88 pounds of ingredients or four hotel-sized pans.

Positioned at the side of the Adande VCS1CASSETTE freezer/refrigerator combo’s drawer system is the self-contained refrigeration system. Avoid obstructing the grille to allow the system to breathe properly. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and runs a defrost system automatically to prevent ice development.
