Adande VCR1 CHEF BASE Description
Made to hold food preparation equipment such as griddles and fryers, the Adande VCR1CHEFBASE refrigerator/freezer base comes with a standard, solid workspace measuring 343/5 inches wide. Additional worktop types, such as heated and extended, can be selected to suit the operator's needs. The drawer has a capacity of 88 pounds.
Operation of the Adande VCR1CHEFBASE chilled chef base is reliant on the controller's input settings, which enable staff to set the holding temperature between -7.6 and 59 degrees Fahrenheit. This system uses R290 refrigerant and has a defrost system that runs automatically. When positioning, allow a minimum of 2 inches between the cabinet and the wall.
