Garland XPG36 Description
The Garland XPG36 X-Press gas griddle utilizes nine heating zones—two on each platen and three on the griddle—to cook multiple foods at once. When one lane isn't being used, it can be turned off individually to reduce energy usage, and users can adjust the temperature of each of these lanes with the touchscreen controls. For further customization, users can set the timer and cooking gap, and program recipes using the USB port. To keep the unit running optimally, advanced diagnostics run all day to log errors so problems can be fixed quickly.
For efficient cleaning, the two stainless steel grease compartments in the Garland XPG36 gas griddle catch debris, food particles, and other crumbs that slip from the carbon steel griddle plate. The top, front, and sides of the griddle are made of stainless steel as well, providing much needed durability for use in a high-volume application. When cleaning is complete, users can hang their towel on the front-located bar.
